of you have encountered when finalising your payment,
the deadline for early bird payment is postponed to

To register for the conference,
you will have to go through a five-step process:
- Provide contact information
and select your conference fee and accommodation type
- Identify your workshop preferences
- Apply for a scholarship (if applicable)
- Arrange for supplementary transportation or accommodation
- Pay online.
Your
registration will not be valid until you have completed the
payment step.
